All rates include 9% VAT. Room rates do not include €4.45 tourist tax per person per night.

Weekly cleaning is included during your stay.
Extra cleaning
More frequent cleaning is available at an additional cost, for more information, we refer you to the Resident Service Desk.
One dog with a maximum weight of 20 kg is permitted to stay at Htel Serviced Apartments against a non-refundable fee of € 15,- per night. For futher information please contact our reservations department. Please note that cats are not allowed.
Yes you can, you can park your bike inside during your stay. This is free of charge.
You may reserve (upon availability) a baby cot, free of charge, with a maximum of 1 per apartment.
At Htel Amstelveen you can find a laundry room on the ground floor. You can wash and dry your clothes here.
All guests at Htel Serviced Apartments can make use from the dry cleaning Service. More information on pricing and delivery times can be obtained from the Resident Services Desk.
Htel Serviced Apartments is a non-smoking building. Therefore it is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment nor in the public areas.

We have a minimum stay of 28 days, with a maximum of 180 days. For stays exceeding 180 days, we can offer you an apartment at Teilingen Residence in Amsterdam Buitenveldert. You can get more information at our Resident Service Desk.
At the moment this is not possible, we have selected a standard package for our guests. However, if you have any special needs, you can always share those with us and we will see what we can do for you.
Arrival & departure
This is possible, but you must have paid your bill at the Resident Service Desk before checking out. When you are leaving, you can drop your key in the key box at the reception.

Swimwear is mandatory in the pool of Htel Serviced Apartments Amstelveen.
Spa & Sauna
Also in the Spa & Sauna of Htel Serviced Apartments Amstelveen Amsterdam it is required to wear swimwear.
Yes Htel has a gym.
There is a jetstream swimming pool. Access to the swimming pool and the Spa & Sauna is without any extra costs.

Want to go out and have diner in a good restaurant? There is a wide choice of restaurants in Amsterdam and Amstelveen, at the Resident Service Desk they will give you good advice about different restaurants.
We do not have a prayer room at Htel Serviced Apartments. However, in your spacious apartment you will have enough space for your prayers.
Can I get access to the internet?
At Amstelveen you can use the internet, this is included in the price.
Is there WiFi available?
You can use the WiFi connection in all the apartments and public areas.

It is possible to order organic food, you can order it at the Resident Service Desk.
We do not have electric bikes at Htel Serviced Apartments. But it is possible to rent a normal bike at our location. We recommend Swapfiets for renting an E-Bike.
Getting around – transportation
Where can I purchase a public transportation ticket ?
OV tickets can be purchased at the Resident Services Desk at Htel Serviced Apartments. The cards can also be purchased at any trainstation, tram or bus terminal.
How can I plan my trips in Amsterdam and Amstelveen?
Use the app OV9292 to plan your trips by public transport.
Our Htel location in Amstelveen has a private secured parking lot in front of the building which is free of charge. There are also two woman friendly parking lots.
Restaurants in the area
Want to go out and have dinner in a good restaurant? There is a wide choice of restaurants in Amsterdam and Amstelveen. At the Resident Service Desk they will give you good advice about different restaurants.
Shopping Service
Each apartment has a spacious and modern kitchen. If you do not have time to go shopping you can always use the Shopping Service from Htel. Leave your shopping list at the Resident Service Desk and we will get it for you.
In shopping center Groenhof are three supermarkets: Jumbo, Albert Heijn and Lidl. It is a 10 minute walk from Htel.

Playgrounds
There are several playgrounds near Htel. The closest one is situated at Groenelaan, but there are bigger ones nearby. Click here to view them on Maps.
Het Amsterdamse Bos
Between Amsterdam and Amstelveen is city park the ‘Amsterdamse Bos’. In the summer there is a large water bath for little children. You can also visit the goat farm.
Schools
In Amsterdam South are several international schools where your child can go to. Read more on our blog about international schools near Htel.
Sightseeing in Amsterdam
There are many nice things to do in the area. For example, go to Science Center NEMO or Madame Tussauds, or Het Scheepvaartmuseum.
In the shopping mall Stadshart Amstelveen are several clothing stores. It is a 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by car or taxi.
The nearest shopping mall is Groenhof. This is a short 10 minute walk from Htel.
In Amstelveen you can find a weekly market on Plein 40 (Stadshart van Amstelveen). Every Friday 08:00-16:00.

Shopping
Amsterdam is the perfect city if you want to go shopping. Go shopping in the Kalverstraat, the 9 Streets or the PC Hooftstraat.
Restaurants & terraces
In Amsterdam there are many restaurants. In the summer you can enjoy the sun on one of the many terraces on Leidseplein, Rembrandtplein or Spui. There are also a lot of nice terraces near the Amstelriver in Amsterdam.
Cultural
Amsterdam has many cultural highlights. At de Resident Service Desk you can ask for an overview of all the museums and tours.
Parks
In the summer it is highly recommended to visit one of the many parks in Amsterdam, like Vondelpark, Westerpark, Rembrandtpark or Beatrixpark. Have a picnic or read a good book and enjoy!
Shopping
If you want to go shopping in Amstelveen you should go to the shopping mall (Stadshart Amstelveen).
Restaurants & Terraces
At Plein 40 (Stadshart Amstelveen) you can dine in one of the many restaurants. With nice weather you can have a drink on one of the terraces.
Friday Market
At Plein 40 there is a weekly market. This market starts around 08:00 and ends at 16:00.
Cobra museum
For a cultural trip, you should go to the Cobra Museum in Amstelveen. This is a museum for modern art.
Vineyard
Yes, you read that correctly. Amstelveen has a very nice vineyard, called ‘Amsteltuin‘ where you can also do a wine tasting with tour, or a high-wine in the vineyard!
